Garnier Ultimate Blends with Coconut Oil & Cocoa Butter

There are very few beauty products we can say are our cure-alls, but coconut oil comes pretty close. From moisturising dry knees and elbows, healing scars and wounds to better managing very dry and brittle hair, I would say that this natural ingredient has easily become a favourite and effortless go-to beauty holy grail for many. Most recently, however, I have been enjoying one of its many uses for my hair. The Garnier Ultimate Blends range includes an impressive collection of products each tailored for your specific hair needs. Garnier Ultimate Blends Strength Restorer with Honey - fragile hair prone to breakage; Garnier Ultimate Blends Colour Illuminator with Argan Oil and Cranberry - colour-treated hair; Garnier Ultimate Blends Shine Revitalize with Lemon and Green Tea - normal hair; Garnier Ultimate Blends Nourishing Repair with Avocado and Shea Butter - very dry and damaged hair. But I'm here to quickly dish on why the Garnier Ultimate Blends Sleek Restorer with Coconut oil and Cocoa Butter has become my favourite.

I've used this range a couple of times and I quite liked the results. As with anything new I receive, I followed the instructions presented on the packaging for optimal results. First up was the Sleek Restorer Shampoo. This does a great job at lathering up and making your hair feel clean after just two washes without stripping the hair of its natural oils.

The Sleek Restorer Conditioner is my second favourite product in this range. Dubbed the "1 minute treatment", this is a treat to use after shampooing, particularly if you're short on time in the mornings and you need a silky boost to your locks. Just like the shampoo, it smells incredibly and I love to drench my damp hair in all of this creamy goodness. After about one minute, I'm ready for another rinse and my hair is left feeling incredibly smooth.

Now, if you do have a little extra time to spare in the shower, you will love the Sleek Restorer Balm. It's essentially a mask but is a lot more thicker than the one's I've tried. It is intensely nourishing and moisturising and makes up my favourite part of wash day. Just like its counterparts in the range, its made of coconut oil and cocoa butter so you know that for a good five minutes, your hair is soaking up all of the nutrients it needs. Yes, it smells divine and hair is left feeling super-sleek and smooth.

Our final product in the range is described as pure coconut oil and can be used on wet or dry hair. After rinsing, however, I deposit a generous amount onto my palms and spread it all over my hair focusing quite a bit from mid-length to my ends. I then use my blow dryer for a straight, natural look and proceed to clip in my extensions.

Definitely give this range a try if you're in the market for a new shampoo and conditioner and if you have already purchased yours, which blend did you opt for and are you enjoying the results?
